Richmond Grand Casino & Resort Block Party hits the streets of Walmsley Boulevard at Commerce Rd. on Saturday September 30th near the possible future home of the Richmond Casino. Urban One is one of the development partners for the Casino and Alfred Liggins III, the companies CEO, spoke about the positve impacts they expect the Casino could provide for the community including new jobs and tax revenue.
Richmond ultimately voted against the Casino on its second referendum on November 7th, 2023 ending the potential for this project for good.
